hahaha...

br dpt kesedaran utk diet...

ni aku mkn tghari...


pg td mkn lempeng...

skang aku kawal pemakanan ngn amik 1200kcal je sehari...

aku guna apps myfitnesspal kt hp utk kira kalori...

senam susah sket...

x sempat...

tp weekend wajib buat lh...

oh ye, hari2 aku minum air kosong isi overnight chia seed...

kalau nk cepat kurus, boleh tmbh green tea...

nnt nk g bli green tea pulak...

  2. Skip the rice....huhuhu. Zihan penah turun almost 3kg...but unfortunately stress ngan project naik mendadak terus...-_-! Now start balik...Yes, plain water should be our bestfriend!
